Rich was born in the wonderful city of Montpelier VT, where he, his parents, 2 brothers and sister resided until 1977, when his family moved to East Montpelier. Rich attended U-32 middle/high school and graduated in 1980. In 1982, he married, and in 1983 joined the U.S. Air Force. He was honorably discharged in 1992 where he and his family decided to reside in Delaware.
He transitioned into the construction field and learned to build and remodel homes- this is where he saw an opportunity to invest in neglected homes, remodel and re-sell. In 2006, he and his family made the decision to move back to Vermont, where they now call home again. Since 2016, Rich has been a full time Realtor and became a Real Estate Broker in 2022. He truly enjoys what he does, and tries to make every transaction as seamless as possible, to offer all clients the best experience in their search for a home or the sale of an existing home.
