John Wetmore has been a licensed Vermont real estate broker since 1979, so you are guaranteed experience! He was formerly a leading broker with Georgina Williamson / Sotheby's and established a Sotheby's sales record for the New England region. In 2003, he cofounded Wetmore Buchheit Land and Estate Brokers, in Woodstock Vermont, to focus on representing high value properties, in the immediate Woodstock area, where there were multiple sales above 2 million dollars. John also listed and sold the first 6 million dollar transfer of real estate in Vermont! He was selected to be exclusive representative of the Woodstock Resort Corporation real estate properties (formerly Laurence Rockefeller's properties).
John has been married to Corinne Wetmore, for many years, is a father of four amazing children, and grandfather to four amazing grandsons! A motorcycle rider, of 57 years, he is the proud rider of a vintage BMW 1965 R69S and a Harley Sportster. The back roads, of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom, are always calling!
